3 - Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur radius 50.
4 - Layers / Duplicate.
5 - Effects / Andrew 's Filter 55/Beatrice Collection, Sweet Beatrice as in the catch. Opacity down to 60.
6 - With the magic wand. Select the center.
7 - Layers / New Raster Layer.
8 - Open image ch20_251110_nely. Copy and paste the selection. Change blend mode to Luminance (Legacy).
9 - Layers / Duplicate. Overlay blending mode.
10 - Selections / Modify / Expand 2 pixels. Fill with gold pattern. Selections / Modify / Contract 2 pixels. Edit / Delete. Blend Mode Luminance (Legacy).
11 - Layers / Duplicate. Overlay blending mode.
12 - Selections / Unsubscribe selection.
13 - Layers / Merge visible.
14 - Open the image of the girl m208_251110_nely. Copy and paste as new layer. Image / Mirror. Right place. Faint light blend mode.
15 - Layers / Merge visible.
16 - Layers / Duplicate.
17 - Image / Resize 90% only this layer.
18 - 3D Effects shade 5, 5, 100, 32.67, color # 000000.
19 - In the layers palette. Placed in fused. Texture Effects / Mosaic Old and capture. Apply twice. Opacity down to 80.
20 - Layers / Merge / flatten everything.
21 - Open Text. Image / Resize 85%. Copy and paste as new layer. Place on the left. Change blend mode to Luminance (Legacy).
22 - Layers / Duplicate. Overlay blending mode.
23 - Place signature or watermark.
24 - Layers / Merge visible.
25 - Edit / Copy
26 - Open Animation Shop program.
27 - Edit / Paste as new animaión. Multiply the frame until 3.
28 - Open deco_nc_nely. Edit / Select All. Edit / Copy.
29 - Now in our work. Edit / Select All. Edit / Paste from the selected frame.
30 - To preview and if I get it, save gif
