Bees and Mobile Phone
What bees have in common with the mobile phone?
Well, we all know the construction of honeycombs, with hexagonal shaped cells. Mobile phones also use some cells with the signal from the antenna, so is also called cell phone. Well, the cell also has to do with bees, as the first observed cells under a microscope like he found the cells of bees (in 1665 Robert Hooke, a sheet of cork, which by the way the cells were actually dead) .. but I digress ...
What's the story of grandfather chives? The bees are a fascinating sea creatures. We owe much more than it seems. For example, honey, that among its many virtues is that of never being corrupted by its high sugar content. Wax, of course, that since the ancient times it has multiple uses. But without doubt one of its most beneficial effects is that of pollination, which we can eat delicious fruits and vegetables. That is why it is a species of special interest and importance to the economy. Alarmingly
the unexpected disappearance of bees that is occurring in different countries. Now it seems to have come to the UK, with the disappearance of 70% of individuals. Which is no small feat, since we have seen that the animals are very important for humanity. The media is giving a wide coverage. But you know what happens with the media ...
I recently read from various sources that could cause lie in the use of mobile (lizard lizard!) why the digression from the start. The study says it may be because bees do not go by where there are electric lines and consequently the mobile beekeepers could be causing the bees do not want to return to the hive.
Be very skeptical of such news, especially when speaking of the danger of mobile phones on human health or ecosystems. A mobile phone has been accused of causing cancer, brain disorders, cooking eggs ... and now this.
We have over 10 years using this technology and no studies prove anything conclusive about it. So we can consider that it is a safe technology.
addition, if really so, we would have noticed these effects throughout the world and since recordkeeping began to extend its use.
When sudden disappearances are affecting large populations is much more logical to look for causes in other fields. Could it not be a pest or a contaminant?. No, the fun is to blame cell phones ... I am surprised that they have not yet jumped with GM, the other black beast ...

Workout If You Have Herpes
A Year: 100 post
Yes, gentlemen, how fast time flies ...
Shrodinger The Fund plays a añito existence and therefore we spent in post number 100. This blog started with high spirits and as a way to express to others. Throughout this year we have grown, and focusing on the popularization of science.
Many other projects have accompanied Shrödinguer box. In particular Hispaciencia , which is set as the benchmark for quality in the popular science blogs. And interest " Blogueril " made me participate in another blog, Film Curious But, with some of my fellow CPI (Peti thank you very much, Chemist, Mikoalilla and Remus)
Many thanks to our " godfathers "of CPI , my fellow Hispaciencia and all of you, dear readers. I hope we enjoy this blog in future years.
PS1: sorry for posting late, just yesterday I had no internet access
PD2: no, it was not coincidence that the post 100 coincides with the anniversary ...
