8 - Layers / Duplicate. Screen Blend Mode.

9 - Open Text. Copy and paste as new layer. Place top left. Dodge blending mode.

10 - Layers / Duplicate. Overlay blending mode.

11 - Place signature or watermark.

12 - Image / Add borders / Symmetric 2 pixels color # e50000.

13 - Image / Add borders / Symmetric 3 pixels color # faf0f0.
